The focus of these workshops is to provide organisations with access to information, training and support for the digitisation of collections. Over the two days the training will focus on building skills, developing an understanding of digitisation for your organisation, and identifying paths forward to aid in the digitisation and digital access processes.

Presented by GLAM Peak, these workshops aim to support small to medium non-metro organisations in starting or developing a digitisation process. GLAM Peak is the peak representative body of galleries, libraries, archives, museums and historical societies in Australia. The delivery of these workshops is Stage 2 of the Digital Access to Collections project. This project aims to provide information, training and structure within which digital access to collections can be increased to the benefit of all Australians.

In 2018 we will be hosting Digital Access to Collections workshops in Geelong and Newcastle. More information will be put on our website found here.
